Text Messaging Terms for ITO Showroom Customers

By opting in to text messages from ITO, you agree to receive recurring text messages at the mobile number you provide. Customers may receive transactional text messages, including appointment confirmations and reminders, order and delivery updates, sample and product availability notices, and follow-up communications from our showroom team. Customers who separately opt in to marketing messages may also receive announcements about new collections, showroom events, and promotions. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your appointments, orders, and communication preferences. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying "STOP." After you opt out, we will send one text message to confirm you have been unsubscribed, and no further text messages will be sent to you unless you opt in again.
